Day 01: Arusha - Lake
Manyara
Depart Arusha in the morning for Lake Manyara, afternoon game
drive, dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Twiga/Jambo/Fig Tree
campsite.
The Lake Manyara National park is serene and beautiful with main
attractions of a rich bird life, tree-climbing lions, its
elephants, and hippos that you can see at closer range than most
other places. Lake Manyara is an alkaline lake and at certain
times of the year hosts thousands of flamingos and a diversity of
other bird life. Although it is one of the smallest parks, its
vegetation is so diverse enabling it to host a variety of wildlife
habitats.
Day 02: Lake Manyara - Serengeti
After breakfast depart for Serengeti passing through Olduvai
Gorge, the site of the Leakey family discovery of fossils of human
and animal ancestors dating back to almost two million years.
Meals and overnight at Seronera Public campsite.
You can visit the park all year round but there is less game in
the park during the dry season July /October, where they migrate
to the Masai Mara in Kenya. During March to May the herds move in
search of grazing to the southern section and in May to June, they
move towards the western corridor of the park. Serengeti in the
low season will still offer game viewing to match that of any park
in Africa, and for some, the fact that there will be fewer
tourists may be an added bonus.
Day 03/4 : Serengeti Full day
Full day in Serengeti plains, search for wild game you might have
missed the previous game drives. Morning and afternoon game
drives. Meals and overnight at Seronera Public campsite as the day
before.
Day 05: Serengeti - Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast drive to Ngorongoro Crater where a 4-wheel drive
vehicle will take you 2000ft down to the crater, enjoy picnic
lunch at the crater, ascend back to Ngorongoro Simba campsite for
dinner and overnight.
The Ngorongoro crater is the world’s biggest whole volcanic
caldera at 8300 sq km and is arguably the most stunning arena.
It is frequently described as one of the wonders of the world, not
only because of its geological magnificence, but also because it
serves as an extraordinary natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s
largest populations of large mammals. Ngorongoro and other
freestanding mountains are volcanic in origin, formed during the
fracturing process that created the Rift valley 15 to 20 million
years ago. When it peaked in size 3 million years ago it was a
similar height to Mt. Kilimanjaro today.
Day 0 6 : Ngorongoro - Arusha
After breakfast depart for Arusha arriving by lunch time and
connect to your flight home.

of the world. Meals and overnight at Ngorongoro Simba Public
Campsite.
Day 05: Ngorongoro Crater
After early morning breakfast, leave with picnic lunch for a full
day crater tour, you will be taken 2000ft down the crater by a
4wheel drive vehicle. Explore the crater before ascending back to
the Ngorongoro Simba Public/Kudu campsite for dinner and
overnight.

This National Park, gazetted in 1970, is 118km away from Arusha
town, which covers an area off 2600sq km that's about 1600 miles
and derivers its name from the Tarangire River that flows through
the center of the park. The river flows from south to
north/northwest and empties its water in Lake Burungi. An
exceptional collection of "Acacia tortilis" and baobab trees ahs
become synonymous with the name Tarangire National Park. The best
time to visit Tarangire National Park to view the wildlife is in
dry season, from June-October.
Day 07: Tarangire - Arusha
After breakfast go for a morning game viewing drive in Tarangire
National Park. Return to the campsite for lunch before you
departing for Arusha where the safari ends

Day 01: Arusha - Tarangire
A safari briefing at breakfast prepares you for an exciting
adventure. Depart for Tarangire National Park, named after the
river that flows through the length of the park and provides a
constant water source for the thousands of animals making their
home here. Lunch at the camp/picnic lunch and enjoy a late
afternoon game drive. Dinner and Overnight at the Tarangire/Kigongoni
campsite.

Day 03: Lake Manyara- Ngorongoro Crater
You will have an early morning start to the Ngorongoro
Conservation area, host to the birthplace of man and home to a
unique intact caldera, the Ngorongoro Crater. Arrive in time for
lunch. Later, visit a Maasai village. Dinner and Overnight at the
Ngorongoro Simba Public campsite.
Day 04: Ngorongoro Crater
Enjoy breathtaking views of the crater as the sun rises. Descend
2000 feet below the rim of the crater for a full day of
spectacular game viewing. The crater is home to abundant game,
including the ?Big Five,? along with the black rhino, jackal and
Cape buffalo. Lunch is served picnic style on the crater floor.
Late afternoon you will drive to the Ngorongoro Simba Public
campsite for dinner and Overnight.
Day 05: Ngorongoro Crater - Serengeti
This morning drive to Olduvai Gorge for a short visit to the site
of the remains of prehistoric ?Nutcracker man.? Continue your
journey to the world?s best-known park, the Serengeti. Named after
the Masai word, ?Siringet,? for endless plains of short and long
grass, the Serengeti is well known for its large prides of lion,
cheetah, packs of wild dog and nearly a million or so wildebeest.
Enjoy lunch at the lodge and a late afternoon game viewing drive
Dinner and Overnight at the Seronera Public campsite.
Day 06: Serengeti Full day
Enjoy two full days of morning and late afternoon game drives.
This day you have the opportunity to take an early morning balloon
safari (extra cost) over the Serengeti Plains or continue with
your scheduled game drive. In the late afternoon, you will head
out for another game drive. Dinner and Overnight at Seronera
Public campsite.
Day 07: Serengeti - Arusha
Breakfast. Drive back to Arusha to connect the flight.
